No, we work with all levels.  even those who have never taken a swimlesson.

Do I have to be in good shape before I start?

Accepted Answer

No, you will get into shape as you train. We have a series of exercises that you will learn as you progress through the ranking system which will enable you to perform the self defense techniques.

Do i have to wear a mask during workout?

Accepted Answer

you will not be requiered to wear a mask during workout.  But please remember to stay socially distant.  Also remember to covery your mouth with the inside of your elbow when coughing or sneezing.  PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK.

Will there be a make up day if i miss practice?

Accepted Answer

There will be no reimbursment for athletes that miss practice.
 
If practice is cancelled you will recieve a credit towards the next week or session
