The Recreation Team is a low-to-semi commitment program perfect for swimmers who want to enjoy the sport without the intense dedication required by competitive teams.

Swimmers can choose which days they attend, with a minimum commitment of 2 days per week for one month.

Note that makeup practices are limited to one per month, and swimmers cannot attend other days as a substitute. This flexible program allows swimmers to balance their love of swimming with other activities, making it an excellent option for those with busy schedules.
